Message and Story:
"Udon is one of the best food that can be loved by everyone regradless of their age, gender, diet restriction and nationality." 

He prepares Udon noodle from wheat by himself in the dawn so that every visitor can enjoy the fresh flavor and texture that cannot be reached by robot manufacturing.    

Profile:

The chef was born and grew up until graduating a high school in Kameoka city -  the main reason for him to have his udon bar in the city. 

Spent 15 years to serve authentic Udon for his customers in Kameoka after training himself in a famous restaurant in Kagawa - the most competing area for udon restaurants.

Recommend:

Vegetarians - Kitsune udon let you find the essence of Udon. Additionally, vegetable menu will please you.   

Non Vegetarians - You will definitely like meat Udon!!
